Bio: Meet Dayna-1992 Grauate of Moses Lake High School where I graduated and went on to start my own family. A stay at home mom until 1998 when I walked into Gary Mann Real Estate to see if I could make it on my own supporting 3 children. No office skills let alone knowledge of what the real world would bring me I worked as a secretary and learned how to do many of the things needed to become an agent, never giving myself credit or having the motivation to move forward until 2003. Watching the strength, courage and determination of the one person I considered my role model through life and how strong he was even when each day seemed rougher than the last. Never realizing at that time that I would be walking in his footsteps with that same strength, courage and determination to make him proud not only as his daughter but as his student taking in taking in every word he spoke through that last class and straight to take the state exam where I had been 3 times before this time was different I would pass. Still to this day I dont know how I did it except for the person I wanted to work beside. The spark behind my fire is because of my dad, Dan Adair. That would be my first year working part time to build relationships with the community. Receiving the Rookie Achievment Award that year was something that I dedicated to the ones who saw firsthand stress and demands as a new agent to get recognized in the community. My children Mykel, Trystan & Jaylin who stand very proud and understand that the success comes from doing something you enjoy. By January 2004 I had received refferals and built a relationship with many people throughout the community. Looking back I remember how scared I was taking that first step into becoming a full time agent, meaning if I didnt sell a home I had no income and with 3 kids at home I wasnt sure if I could do it. Once again I did what I set out to do, survive . Awarded the Gold Award for 3-4 million in sales for my first year as an Agent. My survival is because of the community and the chance I was given to prove that I was educated in my field but also never looked at as a job but a way to support my family by doing something that comes natural. Every transaction was a learing experience for me and that is what gave me the hands on education. Start my career in Real Estate labeled as "The Rookie" I learned by observing the other agents around me. Now with 3 years experience under my belt I will be one of the agents observed by the new "Rookie" in hopes of guiding them towards the true meaning of success. "Success" is not measured by your earnings at the end of the year, it is the reputation you have earned throughout the community for your honesty and ethics that will label you a "Success".
