Bio: Introducing Bud O'Hair Integrity, Commitment and Diligence, Success, for me, is helping my clients achieve their Real Estate goals. As a local real estate professional, I take pride in serving my clients from the day we meet through the closing of the sale and beyond. Through varied professional and personal life experiences I have acquired the skills and sensitivity needed to represent home sellers and buyers in our community. I was raised in Bremerton and graduated from East Bremerton High School In 1961. After graduation from collage in 1965 and obtaining a Masters in Counseling degree in 1969 I brought my family to Snohomish county . Since that time I have been active in our community as a professional and as a father and as a school and community supporter. For thirty years I have served individuals and families in our community as a Social Worker, Foster Parent, Scout leader, and Sunday school teacher both in Snohomish and the Silver lake area. My wife and I have parented seventeen children. My children graduated from Cascade and Snohomish High Schools. One daughter, four of 8 grand children continue to reside locally. I began my real estate career in 1995, after my retirement from state service as a child welfare case worker. I was trained and first listed and sold homes with a franchised real estate office in Snohomish. While there I received the highest level of marketing and sales training. I also completed the Floyd Wickman Real Estate Training Course. This is the premier results oriented .real estate listing and sales training program in the nation.
