Bio: Cindy, her husband Robert, and their son Christian relocated to the Somerset/Barboursville area in the spring of 2001. While negotiating on a farm in Northern NJ, they turned to each other and said,Do we really want to live here? Lets move to Charlottesville, VA. The rest was history. Cindy and her family now live on a beautiful farm with 4 horses, 3 dogs and 1 cat. They are breeding horses and ponies, as well as Boerboel puppies. Cindy graduated from Penn State University with a B.S in Animal Production and has a M.S. degree in biology from Montclair State University. She spent over 14 years in Pharmaceutical research, first as a scientist, then as a project manager. Her scientific background has taught her to think outside the box. She won several special achievement awards for her efforts in streamlining processes in clinical research. Cindy is friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player. Her many hobbies include: Horseback riding, swimming, skiing, collecting antiques, and having fun with her son. She is a member of the Penn State Alumni Association, Virginia Pony Breeders Association, AQHA, and AHRA.
