The family had moved numerous times from coast to coast; living in Florida, Texas, California, Nevada, Washington D.C., and now Norfolk, where she has settled. Rande received her real estate license in Florida in 1986. She is a true professional and is dedicated to giving you the quality service you expect and deserve. Rande grew up in New York and attended the University of Miami where she received her degree in Special and Elementary Education.
