Bio: I have been a licensed broker since 1979. In June of 2005, I purchased his own real estate firm called Libby's STOWE Realty. In addition to being the Vt. REALTOR of the Year for 2003 I was the Commercial REALTOR of the Year for Vt. for 2000 & 2003. I market all types of property & businesses. I have been a commercial broker since the early 1980's, educated in the art of the 1031 tax deferred exchange and active in the world wide market place through active participation in the NAR Resort and 2nd Homes committee. This includes links to over 400 resort professionals throughout the USA and other countries including Canada, Mexico and Europe. I recently served Vermont for 4 years as a member of the enviromental permitting commission. I am able to assist in the preparation of applications for large tact developments. I was Chief of Police in Stowe for 17 years and retired in 1992 to enjoy real estate sales fulltime. I have been heavily involved in the community and state in numerous volunteer positions including being 2nd in command of communications for the soccer venue at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. My wife, Bunny, & I have 3 children & seven grandchildren. We ski 3-4 mornings a week & play golf 3-4 morning a week in the summer so we know how to enjoy Stowe.
