Bio: We recently purchased a home in St. George and would like to express our thanks to our Realtor, Brad Bean. We met Brad approximately one year ago when we started our search for a new home. Throughout our search, Brad accommodated us at every step. He went over and above what was necessary to ensure we found a home we would be happy purchasing. We never felt pressured to settle. The first thing we were impressed with was he didn't try to well us a house the first day, instead he took us all around the city, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each area, price ranges, etc. Since we had no prior experience in the area, we found this most helpful. We were out of town often, which made it difficult for us to meet on a regular basis. Brad was very accommodating, meeting us, and arranging viewings on short notice when we were in town. During viewings, he walked around with us, pointing out things we should notice about particular homes, answering questions, making phone calls to get clarification and allowing us time to discuss the home. We purchased a home which was in the process of being built. There were a great number of details to take care of in this transaction since the house was not finished. Brad handled all this in our absence. He visited the home several times a week and would call us with regular progress updates. He assisted us in making out a punch list during the walk through of the home, and again made regular visits to the home in our absence. Brad has also stopped by a couple of times since we moved into the home, just to make sure we were happy with our purchase. This is not an all inclusive list of the things Brad did for us in the purchase of our new home. We cannot stress enough our thanks and gratitude for all his efforts. We both highly recommend that anyone wishing to purchase a home do so through Brad. We will be calling Brad for our next real estate transaction.
