Bio: The true value of Real Estate has become more and more evident to me as I've gotten older. When I faced purchasing my first home, I quickly noticed that I wasn't prepared to do it. Although I had good credit and a good, stable job, I wasn't educated about the process and have to say that I didn't make the best purchase. I thought that I could find the home, prepare the documents and complete the process by myself. My wife and I spent hours and hours in the evening driving around looking for homes for sale, reading the classified ads and calling phone numbers. We eventually did find a home. Not the home I had in mind but the home that we decided to buy because we were tired of looking. It was a nice home in a great location, but due to our lack of preparation, we didn't have the peace of mind that we should have had for making such an important and expensive investment. Not to mention, we later learned that we paid too much for the home. At that time, I promised myself that I would never allow myself to be in that situation ever again. As I started to learn about Real Estate, I also learned that I loved it enough to make it my career with the intent of helping others avoid the same mistakes I made. I live in Davis County and have made Kaysville, West Kaysville, Layton, West Layotn, Syracuse, Clearfield, Clinton, Sunset, West Point and Roy my business areas.
