Bio: Native Texan born and raised in Dallas. I moved to the Cedar Creek Lake area in 1977 and commuted to downtown Dallas where I had the privilege of working as an apprentice under an eleventh generation master craftsman in the area of woodworking at the Vasek Company. There, I was trained in the art of antique restoration, all phases of woodworking and custom finish work. By 1980 I had built such a reputation locally, that I was able to open my own business under the name of The Furniture Restorer. Confirmation of the high quality of my work came in 1994 when I was commissioned by Governor George W. Bush to restore several pieces, including two congressional heirlooms belonging to his family. My experience in building strong relationships, ethical business practices and paying attention to the details in my restoration career relates directly to my commitment in the real estate industry. Going beyond client expectations and providing a positive customer experience has always been the foundation for all of my business endeavors and as a result I have received many referrals from satisfied customers and repeat business from my clients.
