She worked in the field of human resource for many years. She developed her listening and problem solving skills. Also during this time she had the opportunity to renovate homes, utilizing the skills she learned from her father. Family and friends often asked her advice about real estate. After much soul searching, she made the decision to leave her position of Vice President of Human Resources and pursue her dream by becoming a full-time REALTOR. She has never looked back.
