My Passions I love all aspects of the real estate business... from the joy in the face of a first time home buyer receiving the keys from the seller at the closing table, to the relief on the face of a seller facing foreclosure after successfully navigating a short sale. I even enjoy the time spent at inspections discovering how many things can be wrong with a house and negotiating the repairs with the seller who really doesn't want to fix any of them. One of my biggest passions is working with clients relocating to the area. I have lived in 6 different states over the past 20 years and have loved and hated the agents who helped me buy and sell houses.
