Bio: I live in the Oklahoma City Metro with my wife, Sue. Our three children are out on their own and following their dreams. I migrated and settled in Oklahoma after the U.S. Air Force deposited me at Tinker Air Force Base in the middle 60's. After Viet Nam, I returned to Oklahoma and completed my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Oklahoma. I was recruited out of my MBA program by McDonald's Corporation and became a Regional Training Manager in the Southwest Region and subsequently elevated to a Professor and Training Manager at Hamburger University, McDonalds's International Headquarters. In 1983, I started my own consulting firm instructing business owners how to keep their business by improving top line revenue without giving away bottom line profit. In 1990, a large government-consulting firm from Dallas hired me to develop a training project for the Federal Aviation Administration and to later manage a government mandated project for the Secretary of Transportation, Samuel Skinner. I placed my Oklahoma Real Estate License with Keller Williams Realty because of their innovation and leadership. My extensive experience in marketing, contract negotiations, consultative techniques, and financial procedures is a good fit with Keller Williams' vision for the 21st Century.
