Bio: My company is the largest locally owned company in the area. I have been with them for all of my career. I am a very honest and trustworthy agent who keeps the interests of my clients, be they buyer or seller, in mind when handling their specific needs. Fairfield became a successful blend of industrial and residential development. Because it offered excellent employment opportunities, newcomers were drawn in numbers. Consequently, in as little as seven years, the population doubled and Fairfield became a thriving city. Development here is so continuous that even older homes have an appearance of newness. With big city amenities and small-town charm, Hamilton continues to retain the character of the city's past while sharpening its focus on a bright future. Reflecting the community's commitment to the arts is the array of sculptures decorating the downtown. Designated as "The City of Sculpture" Hamilton is home to a brilliant inventory of art and sculpture. Trenton sits in northeastern Butler County about 20 miles north of Cincinnati. Trenton’s nickname is the ‘small town with a big heart’. With its roots as a farming village, it was founded in 1799 by Michael Pearce. One of the first buildings was a hotel that offered a nights rest to travelers going from the then state capital in Chillicothe to Miami University and points west. The Toll House still stands as a symbol of the city’s early history. Growth was slow in the village and it was not until 1971 that the population had grown to the required 5,000 to be classified as a city. Over the past six years, Trenton has experienced a marked increase in new residential construction.
