Bio: First licensed in Kansas, I have subsequently been licensed in Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. I have achieved a measure of success in sales. At least some of that success, I believe, can be attributed to my empathy for those relocating. I think it is my responsibility to provide the consumer with all the tools and information necessary to reach a well-informed decision. After having been in sales for a time, I was offered-and accepted-a position as an office manager. Within a short time, we had a turnaround in an office that had consistently lost money into one that was making a profit. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to become a training director and coach others to achieve maximum results. It is now time to practice, once again, those skills that I know to be effective in assisting the consumer achieve his/hers goals! Participation in all aspects of real estate is a career that is important to me. Particularly in a time when few people have extra time, I can provide the professional guidance needed by a buyer.
