Bio: Licensed since 1979, Charlie Foster, CRB, GRI has spent the last 23 years as a teacher and trainer of real estate prelicensing, postlicensing, and continuing education topics. He also trains on current real estate topics for real estate licensees. Since 1990, he is associated with Hondros College, Ohio's largest real estate prelicense institution. Charlie has served on at least one committee for the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS since 1980. He was selected as their 1998 REALTORS of the Year, a one- time only, lifetime achievement award. Charlie has represented the Cincinnati Board on the Ohio Association of REALTORS since 1985. Charlie has served on the national Board of Directors of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) from 2007-2009. He was Ohio Chapter President in 2002 and 2003. Charlie is also active with the Women's Council of REALTORS. He was the Cincinnati Area Chapter's first male President in 2007, and only the second male chapter President inn Ohio. He is currently the Secretary for the Ohio Chapter. He will be the Ohio Chapter's first male President in 2012. Charlie is also active with the Real Estate Educators Association, a national organization of real estate teachers, trainers, and speakers. He served on their national Board of Directors from 2005-2009. He is currently their National Treasurer. He is also active with his church. He is married for 31 years to Laura, a speech and language pathologist with the Sycamore Schools. They have two adult children, Elizabeth and Chase.
