Bio: Ada Webster, born in Kentucky, moved to North Carolina in 1972. She earned her Real Estate Brokers' License in 1976 and was top producer during her 14 years in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. Ada moved to Blowing Rock, North Carolina in 1990. In 1991 she teamed up with Vivian Woodard to form the only team in real estate in this area. Shared listings and selling techniques, coupled with availability and devotion to the business, proved to be a very successful concept. The team of Vivian and Ada produced buyers and sellers happy with their efforts. Vivian, a native of Watauga County, graduated from Appalachian State University. She earned her Real Estate License in 1981 and was top producer for two companies. Her expertise lies in land/lots. In 1994, Ada and Vivian opened their own business, Advanced Realty.
