Bio: I have been selling residential Real Estate since 1988. My husband, Chuck, also has been selling real estate since 1980. We have been working together as a team since 1988. Chuck specializes in new construction and was also a licensed appraiser from 1987 to 1995. We work together in most transactions. Chucks expertise in new construction and appraisal assists new buyers in value of new construction and existing homes. I supply buyers and sellers with all the information possible for them to make informed decisions. Much of our business comes from past clients. Because we give them good service and help them make a good buy on their home they usually come back to use to sell the house. We are into selling residential real estate for the long term and do everything we can to keep our clients happy. Because of our many years of experience we can help sellers get top dollar in the least amount of time (our average days on market is 16 and we normally get 99% of the asking price).
