Bio: Re/Max Gold Realty, LLC 410-763-6001 I have been a fulltime Realtor for 27 years and have worked with local and national firms. I started my career with Anderson/Stokes Realty, a local firm specializing in servicing the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Within 3 years I obtained my Brokers License and operated as an Associate Broker for the firm. I wanted to increase my knowledge of the real estate business, completing the Brokers course offered me the expertise I felt was necessary in order to make a career in real estate. With complete understanding of the business I could provide better service to my Clients and Customers. In 1990 I purchased a Re/Max franchise and operated it until 1997. As I prefer the listing and selling side of the business, rather than management I closed Re/Max Brokers, INC. and held the position of Broker of Record two years at Re/Max Blakeney, LLC, until one of the owners obtained their Brokers license. I handle all types of properties, waterfront, and inland, improved, commercial and unimproved in all price range. The areas I cover are Talbot and Queen Anne Counties. Prior to real estate I owned and operated, along with my former husband, a construction company and a trucking company on the Western Shore. My duties were negotiating contracts, customer service, and bookkeeping and handling the personnel. EDUCATION I graduated high school in 1964. I have taken business courses in college but did not continue to obtain a degree.
