Bio: Carl M. Tackett, principal broker of Carlsan Real Estate, has been active in the real estate business for 17 years. Before starting Carlsan Real Estate with his son Michael in 2000, Carl was an agent with Better Homes and Gardens for 10 years. He has attained the GRI, CRS and At Home With Diversity designations.
