Bio: Allison Vance Moore joined Grubb & Ellis|The Winbury Group in February of 2001 when Winbury opened the Lawrence Branch. In 2003, Allison was named a Vice President where she specializes in sales and leasing for both the office and retail sectors. Allison represents several properties in both Lawrence and Topeka, collectively comprising several hundred thousand square feet. A few of her projects include Free State Business Center, 901 Kentucky, GCSAA, Hobbs Taylor office suites, JC Ecke office suites, big box spaces including the former Circuit City in Topeka and miscellaneous Downtown Lawrence properties. Allison is known for her exceptional customer service and has numerous repeat clients on both the local and national level. Allison began her real estate career when she joined the commercial team at Stephens Real Estate in 1998. During her time at Stephens, Allison closed a record number of leasing transactions for both office and retail clients, including several national accounts. Prior to joining Stephens, Allison worked in the marketing department for Maupintour, a national travel company, where she marketed a variety of product lines.
