Bio: MEET MEMBERS OF OUR STAFF: Mike Slayton made his first residential mortgage in 1975 while working at what he describes as “a good old fashion corner Savings & Loan”. Both the world and the residential finance industry have changed a lot since then. During his career Mike has been a senior officer of a Savings and Loan, a Community Bank, and a Mortgage Banking firm. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Lending Officer of RIVERBANK Capital. He has been recognized for various professional achievements within the mortgage industry, and is an active member of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers. His experience of growing up on a farm in west central Illinois provides him with some interesting perspectives and vernacular. He was educated at the University of Illinois and has resided in Woodridge, Illinois for 12 years. He has 3 children and is active in supporting various Breast Cancer Awareness organizations Professional Memberships: CEO is a national forum moderator for AOL in residential finance.
