He came to the Fox Valley in 1974, and thereafter successfully owned and operated several businesses in downtown Geneva. Alex bought his first property in 1975, and began working towards his goal of buying one property per year for his own portfolio. Alex was first licensed as a Realtor in 1978. Meet Vicky Rullo Vicky was first licensed as a Realtor in 1987. Vicky has a strong background in real estate, since her father was a broker and VA property manager. Meet Kathe Hess Our Buyer Specialist Kathe is a full-time real estate professional. She obtained her real estate license in 1976.
