Bio: Richard Raap was born and raised on the NW side of Chicago, and has lived and worked in the area all his life. He is a 1969 graduate of Lane Tech H.S., and a 1973 graduate of Southern Ill Univ in Carbondale. He and his wife Susan have been married since 1976. They have two children: Elizabeth and Michael, both are currently in Law School....... Richard has been a full-time RE/MAX Realtor since 1984. He completed the advanced real estate classes and State testing for his Brokers license in 1990, and continued his professional education by completing course work to earn his GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) designation in 1994, and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 1996....... Through 2008, Richard has participated in the sale of over 570 residential properties, and is strongly committed to helping clients get the best possible service and representation.
