Bio: Patty grew up working in the family contracting business and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Music. After a brief teaching stint and five years managing Bash Roofing Company she began her real estate career in sales, property management and management. She is also the owner of Bash and Schrock, Inc. general contractors specializing in the development and sales of new homes. Much of Patty's family still resides in the community including her parents, Bill and Charlotte. Her husband, Tom Hays is a CPA with large tax and accounting practice and is also a licensed real estate broker with a specialty in commercial and investment real estate. Patty is committed to building lasting and reputable business relationships with her clients and in the community. Patty Bash is a 4th generation Champaign county resident and real estate broker. Patty specializes in residential sales, new construction and company oversight. Patty grew up working in the family contracting business and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Music. After a brief teaching stint she felt the pull of the real estate and construction industry and returned to the field with her own general contracting firm and ownership of Century 21 Heartland Real Estate. Patty kept her musical interests alive having served as director of music at a local methodist church for several years and continued participation in local music activities.
