Bio: I am a full time broker now in my 28th year of business and have been my company's top producer since 1996. I am eCertified by Prudential and experienced in working with transferees. My wife is the Owner/Broker of Dawson Property Management a residential property management company since 1986. We own income property. I am a graduate of the University of Illinois and the Realtors Institute. Before entering the real estate business, I spent four years in the United States Air Force as a personnel Specialist. Following graduation from the University of Illinois, I spent 10 years as a library consultant with the Lincoln Trail Libraries System. Among my special interests and hobbies is an avid interest in photography, Carribbean travel, tall ships, Windjammer cruises, college sports, NASCAR, classic cars, '57 Chevys, classic films, big band music, Broadway shows and musicals, the former Yugoslavia, and visiting New York City's Manhattan. My wife was born and raised in Champaign. I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We have three children and nine grandchildren.
