Our goal here is to provide the best "curb appeal possible for the property. This may include having the home cleaned, painting the interior/exterior, having items repaired, turning on all the lights during showings, putting out flowers, removing clutter, setting the dining room table, remove some furniture and other things that will increase the properties appeal to potential buyers. We will calculate the return on investment that the given repairs/projects will provide in relation to the cost and make recommendations based on these calculations. 2) How motivated is the seller? This gives us an indication of how willing the seller is to assist us in selling their property.
