Bio: Alberto Sapoznik joined Ackerman & Co., in 2002. He specializes in office and industrial tenant representation. He brings a dedicated and aggressive approach to the brokerage team. His goal is to assist in making the most advantageous decision for each client. Mr. Sapoznik is a Cuban-born, bilingual broker, who is sensitive to the needs of his clients. Because of his background and experience in international business Mr. Sapoznik serves a variety of international and domestic clients. He began his career in commercial real estate in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida at the International Commercial Brokerage Corporation in the early 90s. Since his relocation to Atlanta he was affiliated as broker with Prudential Georgia Realty’s Commercial Division. Since coming to Ackerman & Co. he has been active in the market and was recognized for his success as the Outstanding New Broker for 2002. In addition to the recognition of his excellence by his peers, his performance was also recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board’s Million-Dollar Club.
