Bio: P.H. has sold hundreds of homes and sold millions in commercial Real Estate. P.H. has received many awards. Philip Henry Heilmann Culver was born to Jared and Carol Culver on January 31, 1969 at 9:48 a.m. at the Polyclinic Hospital in Manhattan. From the very start, P.H. showed an unquenchable thirst for Real Estate. By the age of three months, he was eating strained bananas and quoting such legends as Donald Trump and Carleton Sheets. He learned to walk at the age of eleven months, often strolling through the area pointing out the value of investing in declining neighborhoods. He often pitted his mother against father in a spirited match of "Net sheet bingo" or "What bank is offering the best rates?" P.H. moved to Marion County at the tender age of nine years and immediately petitioned the Ocala Marion County Board of Realtors to become a "junior member" but was declined. That minor setback failed to derail the youngster's interest in Marion County Real Estate. His fifth grade Science project was on the subject of "The Power of Subliminal Suggestion in the Realm of Triple Net Negotiations". P.H. Culver earned his Real Estate license in "1988", before the age of 19 while working on a business degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University. Upon his graduation in "1991", he began his quest to become the youngest Realtor making the most money while investing the least amount of money into his business.
