Bio: BRUCE S. PREBLE, BROKER ASSOCIATE: Bruce joined the Naples office of Welsh Companies FL in February 2002. He is a corporate strategic planner, market analyst, and entrepreneur, with more than two decades of international business development experience. He has been involved in real estate investment for more than thirty years and has commercial holdings in Florida. Before joining Welsh, Bruce was the managing partner of TMA International, a Washington DC-based business strategic planning consulting firm. At Welsh, he is currently involved in land acquisition; project development; and retail, industrial and professional office leasing and sales. Bruce, uses his expertise to assess opportunities for investors and to aggressively market properties, helping Welsh to maximize the benefits to our clients from the sale or lease of their property.
