Bio: The company began in Dallas, Texas under the name of Garry F. Cox & Associates in 1974. By 1980, the firm adopted the name of Cox Appraisals Incorporated and had expanded from the main office in Dallas, Texas to two additional offices in Ft.Worth, Texas and Austin, Texas. In January 2004 Mr. Cox joined Fannie Mae as an appraisal review investigator. He currently serves as an independent fee appraiser in the State of Arkansas with 36 years experience. He was formerly an appraisal fraud investigator for Fannie Mae.
