Bio: A University of Arizona graduate, I have been a Tucson resident since 1967. After 3 years in real estate I received my Brokers license in 1991. 1992 marked completion of the GRIŪ (Graduate Realtor Institute) program. To better serve my buyer clients, after the designation became available, I became an Accredited Buyer Rep. (ABRŪ) in 1997. The e-PRO deignation followed, attesting to computer literacy and commitment to current technology. My knowledge of the Tucson area was greatly enhanced by 11 years as a taxi driver, including time owning a taxi company (Calgar Cabs). Although I liked driving, and showing my beloved city to others, I tired of the disruption of a 24 hour a day, 365 day a year company. I found the perfect situation when I became first a real estate agent, later a broker, and then once again the owner of my own company. My extensive knowledge of the market throughout Tucson and Pima County, and sensitivity to clients' needs, have produced many satisfied buyers and sellers since 1988. My empathy with clients, the assertiveness of a former NASCAR racer, and knowledge of the market and available financing allow me to excel. I gladly represent either buyers or sellers in residential transactions involving homes or land. In slow markets my niche includes marketing foreclosed homes for banks, and helping buyers obtain these bargain properties.
