Bio: Mary Lou Arey is a REALTOR® working with Keller Williams Legacy One Realty with membership in the National Association of REALTORS®,, (NAR), Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS®, Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®, and Women's Council of REALTORS®. I was born in Warren, PA, population 15,000 friendly people. I have an older brother and his favorite expression about me was that there were only 14,999 friendly people because I lived there. We grew up in our small town with a large extended family. After graduating from high school I went off to college and then graduate school to get an advanced degree in chemistry. I chose New York City and loved the excitement and diversity. So much that I was asked if I was at university to study or to enjoy the city. With tongue in cheek I said, "Why to study. I didn't add "to study people". After graduation I visited a friend in DE and she arranged for me to interview with DuPont and I was hired. I worked there for over 20 years and learned that work had to be fun or it was not worth doing. I am enjoying real estate and having fun. My hobbies are fast cars, reading, cooking and being with people. I have homes in Sedona, AZ, a beautiful and unique community of diverse people and also in Chandler a busy and growing community.
