Bio: Being married and working together has taught Tim and Yvonne many life changing lessons. They have learned that there is a lot of give and take—in marriage and in real estate. And, Tim and Yvonne have learned that successful negotiation relies on fair compromise and give and take. They use those skills in their business and that diplomatic way of doing business has earned Tim and Yvonne much success. Tim and Yvonne are both Arizona Natives. Yvonne was born in Phoenix and has lived in the Valley of the Sun all of her life. Tim was born in Mesa. He grew up in Flagstaff before moving to the Phoenix area in 1985. Growing up in the Valley, they have learned to love the beautiful sunsets, the open spaces and the diverse cultures that make Phoenix and the surrounding towns so unique. Yvonne is the oldest of four children. Part of a close knit family, holiday get-togethers include five generations on both her mother’s and father’s side. Tim is the youngest of two children and is very close with his parents and sister. Tim and Yvonne both enjoy spending time with their families but more importantly, with each other and their three daughters Zyla, Riah, Ashli and son Smith. Before Yvonne started her Real Estate Career she worked for Discover Card where her organizational, marketing and management skills earned her many sales awards including the companies highest award in 1999-the Pinnacle of Excellence. Now Yvonne brings those same skills to her Real Estate Career. Yvonne began the “Family Matters” Real Estate business in 2002 and has since proven her extensive knowledge and superior abilities in this business in the form of numerous happy families, company awards and was even chosen out of 1400 West USA agents to speak on her “Secrets of Success.” When Yvonne met Tim in 2003 he was in his 12th year working as a Network Administrator. The two fell in love and married in 2005. When they joined lives, they also joined careers and Tim became Yvonne’s partner making the “Family Matters” Team. Working in Real Estate has provided the “Family Matters” Team with the opportunity to do something meaningful in life; helping other people. When not working, the two spend free time with their family, swimming, shopping, hiking, going to the gym, visiting some of the great family attractions here in the Phoenix area and spending time on their boat.
